About Our Client

Phaseshift is an expanding production company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of live entertainment. They offer a collaborative environment where talented professionals work with cutting-edge technology and equipment to create unforgettable experiences.

What you'll be doing?
  • Lead a talented team: Supervise and mentor lighting technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Coordinate production logistics: Ensure all equipment, resources, and personnel are prepared for each production from start to finish.
  • Troubleshoot with precision: Quickly resolve technical issues to maintain high production standards during live shows.
  • Manage crew and equipment: Oversee lighting system setup, operation, and maintenance, ensuring safety both on-site and during transit.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experienced professional: Minimum 5 years of experience in lighting for live events, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical expertise: Proficiency in lighting control systems (e.g., GrandMA, Hog) and a deep understanding of lighting technologies, DMX, power distribution, and rigging.
  • Large-scale production experience: Strong background in managing touring productions and festivals.
  • Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage technical challenges, and maintain high standards under pressure.
  • Logistical prowess: Knowledge of event scheduling and logistics, with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Certifications: Drivers, Forklift, EWP, and rigging licenses are preferred but not essential.
