We're now seeking a Business Analyst who thrives in client-facing roles, confident running end-to end SDLC projects, and passionate about solving real customer problems.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading customer workshops and stakeholder interviews to define business requirements.
- Translating complex business needs into clear functional specs, process flows, and user stories.
- Working closely with delivery teams to ensure technical alignment and solution integrity.
- Supporting all phases of the SDLC – from requirements through to UAT and go-live.
- Acting as a key bridge between business users and technical teams.
- 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst delivering across SDLC.
- Strong client engagement skills – confident leading sessions and influencing outcomes.
- Background in document management, workflow, or data-focused platforms is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models.
- Great communication, attention to detail, and a solution-focused mindset.
- Exposure to ECM platforms (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint, M-Files) or workflow tools
- Experience in highly regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
