Embarking on an exciting transformation with the delivery of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) platform our client is seeking a skilled HCM Business Analyst to play a key role in this program.
As the bridge between business and technical stakeholders, you'll ensure requirements are accurately captured, analysed, and translated into practical solutions that align with our strategic goals. This is a career-defining opportunity to influence the way we deliver HR services into the future.
What you'll be doing- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Map current and future state HR processes and identify improvements.
- Support design workshops and contribute to solution configuration.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor partners to validate solutions.
- Develop user stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Contribute to change impact assessments and training material development.
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, with proven success on HCM or ERP transformation projects, multi-site experience would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and business practices.
- Hands-on experience with HCM platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar).
- High-level stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
