- Experience in and with the Oil & Gas industry standards and procedures both onshore and offshore.

- Detailed Piping Engineering experience
- Familiarity with a multi-discipline design and engineering environment
- Onshore Pipe Stress Engineering Experience
- Pipe Stress engineering of Offshore platforms and FPSO asset
Responsibilities
- Perform and check engineering calculations and simulations
- Prepare, check and sign off technical documentation
- Engineering input, checking and sign off of design deliverables (documents and drawings)
- Liaison with Clients and Suppliers
- Assist Lead Engineer in completing budget and schedule estimates as well as reports
- Complete engineering tasks within the allocated timeframe to the specified quality level
- Assist Lead / Principal Engineers to update progress percentage, forecast manhours and forecast completion dates for all deliverables
- Attend project meetings, internal and external, to support project management and Lead Engineers
- Attend fortnightly engineering discipline team meeting
- Assist in the development and maintenance of company procedures for discipline engineering
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
- 7+ years experience
- Right to work in Australia
- Experience in Oil & Gas Industry
- Experience specifically related to offshore assets
