We are seeking a Human Resource Coordinatorto join our team in Mulwala, NSW. The position is full-time and based out of our head office in Mulwala with an employer who values your team and solution driven mindset. You will need to be a confident, detail-oriented individual ready to thrive in a busy administrative setting.

Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Relevant work experience will be considered for the right applicant

Skills required:

  • A minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Employment Hero and Keypay is highly advantageous
  • Strong work ethic and the willingness to help others and work within a team
  • Personal pride in the quality of your work and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Advanced computer literacy and Microsoft Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
  • Ability to follow and drive for procedure improvements & efficiencies
  • Confidence to work independently and meet required deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Weekly payroll
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support performance review cycles and training initiatives
  • Assist with HR policy development and compliance
  • Provide general HR support and advice to staff and managers
  • Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing programs
  • Support the HR Manager on projects and initiatives
