Are you an A-Grade Electrician with the skills to operate an excavator and truck? This role offers the best of both worlds — combining your trade experience with plant operation to deliver high-quality residential underground electrical installations, with the opportunity to also assist on commercial projects when required.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Excavator Operator / Electrician to join our growing team. This position will primarily focus on residential underground electrical works, including new home builds, service connections, and property developments. From trenching and cable installation to completing electrical works to the highest standard, you'll play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient delivery of projects.

There will also be opportunities to support commercial underground projects as needed, giving you variety and scope to broaden your experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out residential underground electrical installations
  • Safely operate excavators and trucks on site
  • Perform A-Grade electrical works to industry standards
  • Assist with commercial underground projects as required
  • Maintain compliance with all safety and quality requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Current A-Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
  • Excavator operator ticket / VOC (essential)
  • Truck licence (MR minimum)
  • Experience in residential underground works (highly regarded)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
