**Description & Requirements**:

- We are looking for a highly motivated HSE Advisor to join our Vic Operations Team, focusing on delivering essential HSE support at one of our outages in the Latrobe Valley.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Providing HSE advice and support to the project team
- Conducting HSE audits, inspections, investigations and training/awareness sessions
- Upholding and communicating HSE standards, taking action to ensure 'The Safe Way is The Only Way' and implementing strategies to improve HSE performance
- Assisting with the implementation of the HSE Management System and maintaining HSE registers
- Liaising and providing support to the project to ensure compliance with relevant HSE laws, regulations, company policies and guidelines

**What you will bring**
- Experience within Victorian region highly desirable but not essential.
- Certificate IV qualification is essential.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of Australian HSE legislation, and industry standards combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods.
- A proactive, motivated mindset and someone who thrives when working under pressure.
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Proof of right to work in Australia.
