This is a casual Warehouse operator role to support us during peak Christmas season. Ongoing 6 days a week shifts with flexibility to work in morning and afternoon shifts.

The Opportunity: Warehouse/Logistics Operator

We are seeking a proficient and collaborative Warehouse Operator to execute crucial warehouse and logistics operations. This role is vital to the overall production process, ensuring the accurate and timely handling of materials, inventory, and shipments by maintaining efficient workflows and collaborating with other departments.

Key Responsibilities You Will Own

Receiving & Shipping:

  • Accurately receive incoming goods and verify them against purchase orders and shipping documents.

  • Coordinate the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.

  • Prepare and dispatch goods promptly to meet production or customer deadlines.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations:

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and reconciliation.
  • Use warehouse management systems (majorly SAP) to track inventory, manage stock records, and process orders.
  • Safely and efficiently operate equipment like forklifts (license essential), high reach, and pallet jacks.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with all workplace health and safety regulations.

Logistics Support:

  • Coordinate transportation and distribution to ensure the timely delivery of goods
  • Replenishment of goods
  • Delivering goods to line side for Production
  • Decanting of products

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a solution-focused approach.

Safety and Compliance

You are responsible for adhering to all OHS policies and procedures, taking reasonable care of yourself and others, and immediately reporting all hazards, accidents, and incidents to your Team Leader.
