What does the job look like?

Join Linfox at our state-of-the-art national distribution centre in Derrimut, supporting our highly valued customer, Fuchs. As Operations Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing inbound freight, data entry, and a variety of administrative tasks. You'll work closely with customers and stakeholders, ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe operations while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all inbound operations, including truck and container bookings, with a focus on complex Fuchs returns and container flows.
  • Oversee and improve inbound receipting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in raising, labelling, and releasing stock.
  • Maintain full control and reconciliation of all pallet movements and accounts, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
  • Manage daily transport logs for inbound deliveries and oversee the inbound booking schedule.
  • Champion safe work practices across inbound and outbound docks, upholding WHS standards.
  • Provide administrative support including weekly payroll close-off, ordering office supplies and workwear, and assisting with KPI reporting and billing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and participate in alignment meetings with customers.
