La-Z-Boy Australia is expanding our customer service team We're looking for two motivated individuals to join our Prestons office:
1 x Junior Customer Service Officer – ideal for someone starting their career in customer service/administration (full training provided).
1 x Skilled Customer Service Officer – suited to a professional with proven customer service experience in an office environment, able to handle more complex tasks and support the team.
About the Role
As part of our customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Answering inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries
* Data Entry - Processing orders and service requests
* Providing professional and friendly customer service at all times
* Assisting with general administration tasks
What We're Looking For
Junior Customer Service Officer
* No prior experience required – training provided
* Good communication skills
* Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn
* Attention to detail and a positive, reliable and a team-focused attitude
Skilled Customer Service Officer
* 2+ years of customer service experience - in an office environment
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
