As a Accounts Receivable Officer, You'll

  • Process customer payments and receipts with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Complete daily banking, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and ensure correct allocation of payments.
  • Prepare and send monthly statements to customers and weekly aging reports to management.
  • Escalate overdue debts and support proactive debt collection.
  • Respond to enquiries from customers, stores, admin teams, drivers, and management.
  • Monitor AR email inboxes, process authorised refunds, and manage pro-forma payments.
  • Accurately record AR transactions to enable timely bank reconciliations.
  • Support the Senior AR Officer and Group Financial Controller with reports and issue resolution.
  • Adhere to AR policy, compliance requirements, and company standards

You'll have –

  • 3–5 years' Accounts Receivable experience.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong customer service focus with effective communication skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach.
  • IT literacy, with Navision or SAP ERP experience highly regarded
