As Principal Policy Officer, you will:

- Lead with Vision: Provide high level leadership and ensure the successful delivery of complex and strategic policy initiatives and reforms.
- Drive Change: Offer exceptional policy support to the Minister, Chief Executive and Executive Director, influencing key decisions.
- Shape the Future: Monitor and identify policy implications of emerging issues, and actively contribute to policy development across various agencies.
- Build Strong Networks: Establish and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving collaboration and innovation.

**Special Conditions**
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Check (NPC) prior to being made an offer of employment.
- Opportunity for up to 12 months.
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

**Requirements**:

- Possession of a current driver’s licence and willingness to drive.
- Out of hours work and inter / intrastate travel may be required.
- You acknowledge your work, health and safety obligations and our expectations.
- The incumbent will be required to contribute to whole-of-agency working groups developing PIRSA policy responses to significant and emerging issues, as required.

**Remuneration**

ASO7 - $108,109 min - $116,864 max per annum, plus superannuation
