ABOUT YOU:

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Knowledge of the NDIS.

  • Available for shifts within a rotating 24/7 roster (SCHADS Award).
  • Available for 2-4 Hour Community Access Shifts with the ability to pick up longer shifts.
  • Knowledge and experience of Working with Behaviour Support Plan
  • Competent with Microsoft Office suite particularly MS Word, MS Teams and MS 

    Outlook.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively and establish rapport with participants.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the rights and interests of people with a disability.
  • Current Unrestricted Driver's License.
  • First Aid (HLTAID011) + CPR (HLTAID009) Certificate.
  • NDIS Worker Screening & Working with Children Checks (or be 

    willingness to obtain).
  • Current Comprehensive Car Insurance Policy.
  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support or above.
  • Assist clients with medication (Desirable)
