Physical, Complex & Psychosocial Needs & Disabilities.

ABOUT YOU:

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Knowledge of the NDIS.
- Available for shifts within a rotating 24/7 roster (SCHADS Award).
- Available for 2-4 Hour Community Access Shifts with the ability to pick up longer shifts.
- Knowledge and experience of Working with Behaviour Support Plan
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite particularly MS Word, MS Teams and MS
Outlook. - Excellent written and oral communication.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively and establish rapport with participants.
- Demonstrated commitment to the rights and interests of people with a disability.
- Current Unrestricted Driver's License.
- First Aid (HLTAID011) + CPR (HLTAID009) Certificate.
- NDIS Worker Screening & Working with Children Checks (or be
willingness to obtain). - Current Comprehensive Car Insurance Policy.
- Certificate 3 in Individual Support or above.
- Assist clients with medication (Desirable)
