Grounds and Handy Person

**THE POSITION**

Adventist Senior Living (ASL) is seeking a Grounds and Handy Person to join our friendly and highly valued maintenance team at Cooranbong on a part-time basis of 2 days per week. You'll be part of our grounds, maintenance and garden team who are responsible for maintaining the beautiful gardens and grounds surrounding our Lifestyle Units.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Current driver's license
- Demonstrated experience in grounds and handyman work
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to a positive workplace culture
- Ability to deliver results and meeting customer expectations
- Following instructions and procedures
- Coping with pressures and setbacks
- Working with people
- Adhering to principles and values

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
