**About Goodstart Cooranbong**:
Our centre is in the local community of Cooranbong on the Central Coast, conveniently located on the corner of Martinsville and Government Road, not far from Cooranbong Public School and Cooranbong Fire Brigade.

We educate and care for children between 12 months and six years old. The learning environments at Goodstart Cooranbong are designed with a focus on play based learning, extending children’s risky play and facilitating children’s needs and interest.

**Meet Our Centre Director**:
My name is Maddison, and I am the Centre Director at Cooranbong Goodstart.

I have worked in Early Childhood Education for over 10 years and aside from that have also worked as an Early Intervention Teacher as well as a Business Development Manager in the Disability Sector.

My philosophy around Early Education is - every child is deserving.

I am extremely passionate about the respect and integrity of the children in my care, and this is something I demonstrate to my team each day. I am also a vivid advocate for inclusivity, and this is something I always embed in everything that I do.

Working alongside my team of Educators, we aim to provide excellent quality care which ensures our children feel heard and encourage contribution from families and community members to ensure we have a holistic and collaborative approach to learning journeys.

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working with Children Check
