POSITION SUMMARIES

Mid-level Engineers will work across residential, commercial and light industrial projects, contributing to design, documentation and client liaison while developing well-rounded engineering skills.

Senior Engineers will take a technical lead role across complex investigations and structural design work, mentoring junior staff and overseeing project delivery. You'll provide expert input on analysis, reporting and client liaison while shaping the continued growth of the consultancy.

KEY DUTIES

  • Deliver/lead structural designs for residential, commercial and industrial buildings
  • Perform structural analysis and documentation using standard design software
  • Conduct forensic and remedial inspections, follow up reports
  • Prepare concise technical design summaries
  • Liaise with builders, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Assist in design reviews and QA processes
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to support ongoing project and client success

THE IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering,
  • CPEng or PE registration in Victoria
  • 5+ years' experience in structural design (consultancy background required)
  • Exposure to forensic or remedial work advantageous but not essential
  • Strong technical skills in design, analysis and report writing
  • Excellent communication and organisation abilities
  • Full Australian Driver's Licence required
  • A team player with a curious, proactive and problem-solving mindset
