Role

About The Role: This newly created role focuses on supporting collaboration technologies and modern workplace services across BKI. As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you will:

- Manage Microsoft Intune, M365 services, Windows Server, and hybrid/cloud infrastructure.

- Administer endpoint management platforms (Intune), email security systems (Proofpoint, Microsoft Defender), and application patching.

- Manage BYOD services and administer collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and the AvePoint M365 Governance platform.

- Provide support for Genesys Cloud telephony systems, including call workflows and IVRs.

- Support contact centre services (Genesys Cloud), the PaperCut print service platform, and M365 AI services and integrations including Copilot Agents.

- Maintain and enhance the organisation’s cybersecurity posture using the Microsoft Defender suite and Entra ID.

- Integrate M365 services with other applications and platforms (e.g., LMS, contact centre systems)

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or significant relevant industry experience.

- Certifications in Microsoft Server, Proofpoint, Windows 10/11, M365, Intune, Azure, ITIL, or related technologies.

- At least 5 years of experience in modern workplace technologies within mid-to-large environments, and 10 years of overall industry experience.

- A strong background in Microsoft technologies, contact centre systems, and cybersecurity.

- Proven skills in endpoint management, M365 administration, and telephony services.
