.Autopact Victoria is looking for an enthusiastic person wanting to lead a team of eight detailing staff to

Detail and present brand-new vehicles to our Dealerships in Victoria.

.You need to be self – motivated, have a keen eye for detail, follow set processes, be confident to make decisions. And liaise with Transport companies for dispatch of new vehicles.

.On the job training is provided and you will report to management weekly on staff performance,

Productivity and efficiency figures.

.Basic computer skill is essential and ability to take photos of vehicles once passed final

Inspection and stored digitally for records.

. Ensuring successful distribution of jobs to Technicians.

· Ensuring accurate and timely completion of jobs through effective workshop scheduling.

· Managing and enforcing optimal quality control and compliance.

· Maintaining effective channels of communication with workshop and dealerships .

· Management of company WHS environment.

· Coaching and mentoring team.
