With strong growth across Australia and New Zealand, we're expanding our production team and seeking motivated Production Staff and skilled Welders to join our factory.

We're looking for reliable, hands-on people who take pride in quality workmanship. Whether you're experienced in metal fabrication, assembly, or general production, or you're keen to learn a new trade in caravan manufacturing — this is a great opportunity to join a supportive, fast-growing team.

• Caravan Production Staff (Assembly & Fit-Out)
• Welders / Aluminium Fabricators
• Quality Control (QC)
• Electrical Assistants
• Finishing / Fit-Out Technicians
• CNC Operators
• Benchtop & Cabinet Makers
• Plasma Cutter Operators

What You'll Need

• Ability to confidently use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Reliable, honest, and positive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Experience in caravan, automotive, or metal fabrication industries (advantageous but not essential)
• Welding or fabrication experience (for trade roles)
