The-Lowdown Agency is a creative agency for brands in the automotive and lifestyle industries.

We're looking for a proactive and driven Sales Coordinator to join our Sydney team two days a week.

You'll be working closely with our Managing Director and General Manager, helping to drive new business and strengthen relationships across a diverse portfolio of automotive and lifestyle clients.

If you're proactive, motivated and ready to roll up your sleeves, we'll provide you with mentorship, training and the potential to grow into a full time position.

The Role

Working closely with the General Manager, you'll play a key part in both inbound and outbound sales efforts.

From prospecting and pipeline management to supporting proposals and client relationships, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Whilst this is a part-time role, there is a pathway to progress to full-time work for the right candidate who shows initiative, resilience, and hunger to grow.

What you'll do

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities (including cold calling) to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Effectively organise and manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Support the development of proposal, pitch decks and client presentations
  • Strengthen existing client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
  • Represent The-Lowdown Agency as an expert in marketing and creative solutions
  • Assist in refining and improving our sales processes and systems.

What You'll Need

  • A strong interest or knowledge of the automotive and marketing sectors
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to make the role your own
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with cold calling, outreach and relationship building
  • A professional, confident and personable demeanor, able to engage clients at all levels
  • Tech savvy (CRM experience a bonus)
  • Full Australian work rights and valid driver's licence
  • Agency experience, marketing exposure, or prior sales experience is advantageous.
