We are Bullet, a creative agency specialising in place branding. Through strategy-led storytelling, we transform ideas into brand experiences. With a diverse team and a wealth of experience, we bring brands, people, and places together through creative strategy and execution.

As a busy studio with exciting opportunities on the horizon, we're looking for a Creative Artworker to join our team. This will be someone who lives and breathes print and digital production, is passionate about the details and can bring designs to life across multiple formats with ease. You'll work alongside our designers, ensuring every project is crafted with precision and delivered to the highest standard.

The Role

Finished Art

  • Prepare and deliver flawless finished art across print and digital applications.
  • Translate creative designs into production-ready artwork while maintaining design integrity.
  • Deliver accuracy, consistency, and precision in all artwork and file preparation, from website banners to large-scale environmental graphics.

Roll-out and content creation

  • Work with designers to adapt brand systems across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Inherit design work and guide projects through to print or digital production, applying initiative and creative thinking in response to client feedback while preserving the integrity of the original vision.
  • Assist internal marketing initiatives with content creation and delivery based on initial designs.

Collaboration

  • Uphold creative excellence as a core member of the studio team, contributing to both process and execution.
  • Use your technical knowledge to help with design challenges and offer creative solutions based on production techniques.
  • Assist the Design Manager by liaising with suppliers, printers, and production partners to ensure the best possible output across all deliverables.

You

  • 5+ years' experience as a Creative Artworker, Finished Artist, or similar studio/agency role.
  • In-depth knowledge of print production, pre-press, and finished art best practices.
  • Solid experience in delivering for digital formats.
  • Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Strong technical abilities with a good eye for typography and layout.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience working across property or place brands a plus.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for detail, craft, and quality.
