Cie-Elle Digital Imaging is a small but passionate team with big goals. We work with some of Australia's most talented artists, photographers and designers to create museum quality fine art prints and reproductions. We're growing and looking for a detail-driven, creative team player to join us. If you're energised by working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and love combining technical skill with artistry, we'd love to meet you.

The Role

Working in our digital department, you'll play a key role in digital file preparation and colour-accurate print production. You'll collaborate closely with clients' artwork files, ensure they're optimised for print, and support the print and finishing workflow when required.

This is a casual, onsite role with the potential to grow into full-time for the right person. Hours are negotiable (school hours possible).

Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced Photoshop editing – masking, retouching, colour correction, preparing artwork for print
  • Digital file Management, Updating Job cards and prepress workflows
  • Ensuring colour accuracy and consistency across prints
  • Operating large-format printers (Canon IPF PRO series) when required

About You

We're looking for someone who's both technically skilled and creatively minded, with a strong eye for detail.

Required:

  • Expert Photoshop skills (masking, retouching, colour correction)
  • Solid understanding of digital file prep and prepress workflows
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Nice to Have (not essential):

  • Experience in a digital print/prepress environment
  • Knowledge of colour management, profiling, and large-format printing
  • Familiarity with fine art printing workflows
