About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will help customers find the right products, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to the store's overall performance and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist with product selection and purchases.
  • Demonstrate features and benefits of mobile devices and accessories.
  • Process sales transactions using POS systems.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Keep up to date with product launches and promotions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment (technology or electronics preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and provide great customer service.
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or public holidays as needed.
  • Certificate III or IV in Retail, Business, or a related field (preferred).
