No mining experience? No problem We understand that stepping into a new industry can feel daunting, but we've got you covered. With our full support and training, all we need from you is your leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed. Role will include 3 nights per week based in the Dysart area, camp provided.

What does your day look like?
  • Partnering with clients to fulfill their workforce needs
  • Managing employees, including scheduling, leave, and shift coverage
  • Maintaining a strong on-site presence
  • Coordinating inductions and site orientations for new team members
  • Conducting health and safety activities to ensure compliance and well-being
