We are looking for a tutor who can patiently guide, genuinely care, and use their knowledge and empathy to build students' confidence—someone who finds fulfillment in supporting students, helping them grow, and achieving their goals.

Tutor2You is one of Australia's fastest-growing in-home tutoring companies. We are seeking adaptable and supportive tutors who are enthusiastic about working with primary and secondary school students across all areas of education. Our ideal candidate will foster an encouraging learning environment tailored to each student's needs.

What we offer

We take the hassle out of tutoring so you can focus on making a difference. We offer industry-leading rates and a platform that coordinates your clients' bookings and schedules. You'll also have access to resources to support your lessons, as well as guidance from our senior tutors to help with lesson planning.

  • Tutor rate: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour + Superannuation
  • Initial and ongoing training to ensure high service quality
  • Innovative diagnostic assessments to help identify student gaps and how to address them

Job Type / Category

Currently experiencing demand across all areas of Coomera QLD

  • Flexible, casual employment that suits your schedule
  • Looking for a minimum of 4-6 hours per week
  • Available to work between 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Long-term commitment preferred: 8-12 months

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for learning and teaching
  • Strong understanding of subject content
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner
  • High level of consistency and commitment
  • Currently studying or previously studied at a university or TAFE
  • Willing to travel to different client locations
  • Must have or be willing to apply for an Employee Working with Children Check
