Customer Service Specialist – Bendigo (2 Roles available & 0.70 FTE Part-Time Positions)

Mon-Tues: 10:00am - 2:00pm
Wed: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Thurs: 9:00am - 3:30pm
Fri: 10:00am - 2:00pm

Mon: 10:00am - 2:00pm
Tues: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Wed: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Thurs: Off
Fri: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Customer Service Specialist - What's the job all about?

  • Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Schedule and manage appointments.
  • Advise on employment services.
  • Address compliance and missed obligations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners.
  • Protect privacy and maintain detailed records.
  • Support operations with administrative tasks.
  • Stay competent and compliant.

Industry experience is not necessary as all training is provided however applicants should possess excellent time management skills, intermediate IT skills and the ability to engage and empathise with a diverse range of people.
