At Bendigo Telco, our commitment to customer-centricity drives every aspect of our operations. Our Customer Experience Specialists play a vital role by providing advanced support, resolving complex issues, mentoring colleagues, and continuously improving processes to enhance the overall customer experience.

The is a 6-month, full-time contract role and is pivotal to the success of Bendigo Telco's customers and the communities that we serve.

What you will need to succeed

  • Previous working experience in the telecommunications industry is required
  • Highly developed troubleshooting, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Experience in a multi-functional working environment involving administration, sales and customer service duties is preferred
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively is required
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively is required
  • High level of oral and written communication skills is required
