Field Service Auto Electrician

Position Title: Qualified Auto Electrician – Position Available Due to Continue Growth

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Flat Hourly rate, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday to Friday - varied hours due to field service Hour Days No Weekends

Focus Points:

• Monday to Friday only - no weekends & home every night with the family.
• South of the River candidates are encouraged to apply. As this is a Field Service job you will not need to come to our Malaga workshop each day.
• Minimum 3 years' experience post trade.
• Flexible Rosters if desired- 9/5 or 4/3 for the right person.
• Advertising due to growth and demand in the Field Service division.
• Must have more than three years experience as a qualified auto electrician. Experiences required in both auto electrical & air-conditioning in earthmoving, civil, light trucks & prime movers.

About the Role:

We are seeking an highly skilled Auto Electrician with a strong background in field service. If you have more than two years of experience as an Auto Electrician and are confident in your workmanship, we want to hear from you We are seeking a tradesman with well-documented experience in this field.

What You'll Do:

• Attend and provide excellent customer and technical service at customer break-downs.
• Provide elite services and maintenance variety of on highway trucks, earthmoving and heavy machinery.
• Completion of a planned work scope in a timely manner & to an elite standard
• Ensuring a solutions focused approach towards any job assigned to you.
• Work both unsupervised and part of the team

What We're Looking For:

• Communication: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with the team and clients.
• Organisation: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Values: We are seeking a professional who has "old school" values of hard work & understand the importance of quality.
• Trade Background: You have a trade background or have worked in a similar role with a 'elite' skill set.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience: More than three years as an Auto Electrician with experience in both auto electrical & air-conditioning in earthmoving, civil, light trucks & prime movers.
• Trade Certification: Auto Electrical
• Accreditation: Australian Refrigeration Accreditation and a Motor Vehicle Repairer's Certificate
• Clearance: National Police Clearance with one-year validity (or willingness to obtain one).
• Medical & Screening: Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
• License: A current, unrestricted driver's license, class C or higher.
