A bit about the role:

As an Account Manager at MartianLogic, you'll be the trusted partner for our existing clients, driving retention and expansion through strategic relationship-building and tailored HR SaaS solutions. Your focus will be on maximizing client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering measurable value. We're seeking a high-energy Account Manager with sharp business acumen and the tenacity to navigate complex accounts, engaging directly with buying decision-makers at director and C-level. You'll bring exceptional presentation and prioritization skills, showcasing gravitas to influence senior stakeholders. This role is perfect for an experienced SaaS account manager or a recruiter/talent professional, or HR business partner ready to pivot their career. Leverage your expertise in relationship-building and strategic insight to drive client retention and expansion in a high-growth HR SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key enterprise accounts, ensuring high-touch, regular contact with clients.
  • Drive customer retention and satisfaction through strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within accounts to increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR Directors and Chief People Officers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to showcase HR SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless client onboarding and success.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple accounts effectively, meeting KPIs and performance targets.

You will have:

  • 5+ years in account management, business development, or client success roles, preferably in SaaS or tech (solutions/services experience preferred, not essential).
  • Strong communicator, skilled at presenting to C-suite and building lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Commercially astute with proven business acumen and strategic insight.
  • Adept at planning, forecasting, and driving strategies for account expansion and retention.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and resilient, with a creative, solutions-driven mindset and eagerness to learn.
