ABOUT US:

Specialised Industrial Maintenance (SIM) is a growing Australian Company who offers Australia wide unique coating solutions to a range of major clients within the Mining, Defence, Oil and Gas, Industrial and Commercial environments.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking Casuals looking for Fulltime hours till April 2026, must have great motivation, self-drive, a positive "can do" attitude and good common sense to join our Unanderra based team. Previous applicants need not apply.

Experienced Blaster/Painter/Application Specialists are encouraged to apply, however we are also prepared to provide ongoing training to the "right" person.

The following would be an advantage:

  • Prior experience in industrial concrete repairs
  • Forklift Licence
  • Confined Space Training
  • Working at Heights
  • High Risk

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Protective coating application by roller, trowel or brush
  • Abrasive Blasting
  • Industrial spray painting

ABOUT YOU:

  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Able to follow instructions and complete tasks unsupervised
  • Attention to detail
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
  • A commitment to safe work operations
  • Be a good "TEAM" Player
