About the Role:
We're currently looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant join our team in Hope Valley ASAP in a full-time capacity. This position is Monday to Friday, based out of our head office, we offer flexible working arrangements.

In this role, you'll utilise various recruitment platforms such as FastTrack360, Broadbean, Onboarded, Referoo, LinkedIn as well as MPower / Workday to attract top talent. We're currently in a transition period with our systems therefore, experience with MPower / Workday is highly preferred for this position.
 

Responsibilities:

• Utilise FastTrack360, MPower / Workday, Broadbean and Onboarded to manage the recruitment processes of all staff onboarding.
• This position would include roughly 80% blue collar recruitment and 20% white collar, covering all the West Coast of Australia.
• Identify and sourcing potential candidates for a variety of positions
• Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills and experience
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients / internal stakeholders to understand their specific hiring needs
• Coordinating candidate placements with clients
• Providing ongoing support to both internal stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Manage the onboarding process for successful candidates using the onboarding platform.

We are after people with the following attributes:

• Previous experience recruiting in the blue collar space - specifically the construction / mining industry will be highly regarded
• Around 3-5yrs experience working as a recruiter – mainly within the blue-collar space
• Experience with Microsoft platforms
• Experience with MPower / Workday as well as FastTrack360 whilst we make the transition etc would be highly beneficial
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills 

Mandatory Requirements:

• Ability to work Monday to Friday
• National police clearance – within 12 months old or ability to apply
• Pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screening prior to commencement
