As Portfolio Co-ordinator, you'll help shape project delivery standards, support strategic forums, and enable resource planning that powers real change.
What you'll do
- Support the development and maintenance of delivery standards, templates, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent project execution.
- Manage collaborative workspaces and central repositories to enable effective communication and access to current resources.
- Coordinate training, coaching, and assurance activities that build project delivery capability and foster a strong Community of Practice.
- Monitor timesheet compliance and utilisation data to support resource planning and informed decision-making.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for governance forums, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring
- Experience in project, program, PMO, or business support roles within technology, transformation, or corporate services.
- Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as Agile, Prince2, or PMBOK, and an understanding of governance principles.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tools like SharePoint, Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
