As Portfolio Co-ordinator, you'll help shape project delivery standards, support strategic forums, and enable resource planning that powers real change.
What you'll do Support the development and maintenance of delivery standards, templates, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent project execution.
Manage collaborative workspaces and central repositories to enable effective communication and access to current resources.
Coordinate training, coaching, and assurance activities that build project delivery capability and foster a strong Community of Practice.
Monitor timesheet compliance and utilisation data to support resource planning and informed decision-making.
Provide logistical and administrative support for governance forums, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring Experience in project, program, PMO, or business support roles within technology, transformation, or corporate services.
Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as Agile, Prince2, or PMBOK, and an understanding of governance principles.
Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tools like Share Point, Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
