We're on the lookout for a talented Strategist to join our team at Round. This is a 3 day a week part time position (with the opportunity to increase hours) working from our beautiful studio in Fitzroy.

We're a not too small, not too big team who value strategic minds and creative thinking. The days are always interesting, sometimes challenging, but we believe you'll get to do some of the best work of your life.

Experience

— Previous experience in brand or business strategy, preferably agency side

— Experience supporting brand strategy projects from discovery to delivery

— Experience in analysing research, market trends and cultural signals to uncover insights

— Crafting brand positioning, brand architecture, naming and audience frameworks

— Collaborating closely with design teams to bring strategies to life

— Experience contributing to new business pitches and thought leadership

Professional skills and attitude

— Experience in brand or business strategy

— Strong analytical thinking paired with creative problem-solving

— Confident communication and presentation skills

— A love of ideas, culture and big-picture thinking

— Curiosity, rigour and a collaborative spirit

— Enthusiasm in the way you work with creative teams, acting as a reliable conduit between strategy and design

— You have a willingness to roll up your sleeves or to take on any task necessary—big or small

— Experience in place, hospitality or professional services is a plus.
