What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a vital role in ensuring our products — from medical supplies to precision-engineered sports equipment — are assembled, packed, and delivered with care and accuracy. Every day will bring variety and the satisfaction of seeing your work make a real difference.

  • Assemble and prepare products according to technical specifications
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch stock for customer orders and production
  • Support both IDC Medical and FountainLine operations
  • Load and unload vehicles safely using manual and forklift equipment
  • Follow safety, quality, and operational guidelines
  • Conduct regular stock takes and assist in inventory control
  • Accurately enter data, book freight, and update records in SAP/WMS systems
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of the warehouse team
  • Take initiative and contribute to improving processes

You'll bring:

  • LF License and extensive experience with a Hi-Reach forklift
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, assembly, or logistics environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Good customer service skills and strong communication ability
  • Ability to accurately pick and pack orders
  • Experience in inventory control, stocktaking, SAP/WMS systems, and freight booking
  • Reliability, initiative, and a positive "can-do" attitude
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items safely
