Your Duties

  • General office duties
  • Provide a high level of customer service to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Responding to Emails
  • Answering phones
  • Party Hire

Your Attributes

  • Be presentable and well-mannered
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • 3+ years experience in similar role is desired but not essential
  • Enjoy working both within a small team and autonomously
  • Excellent time management with an ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to self-motivate
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Appropriate ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Provide back up support during staff absences
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • The role will initially be on a casual basis approx. 25hrs/wk before transitioning to fulltime so availability between 8am-4.30pm is a requirement.
