We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals who love having things organised, has excellent communication skills, thrives in a small well managed team environment, and has high attention to detail.
Your Duties
- General office duties
- Provide a high level of customer service to customers
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Responding to Emails
- Answering phones
- Party Hire
Your Attributes
- Be presentable and well-mannered
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- 3+ years experience in similar role is desired but not essential
- Enjoy working both within a small team and autonomously
- Excellent time management with an ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to self-motivate
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Appropriate ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Provide back up support during staff absences
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- The role will initially be on a casual basis approx. 25hrs/wk before transitioning to fulltime so availability between 8am-4.30pm is a requirement.
