THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Print Room Associate based at our client site in Sydney's CBD.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader, your key focus will be to provide an efficient print service, as part of an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities


• Complete all required work according to the organisation and client's quality standards, in accordance with contracted agreements 

• Suggest enhancements and process improvements to service delivery 

• Monitoring and prioritising customer requests according to complexity and urgency to satisfy customer demands 

• Demonstrate commitment and professionalism in dealing with different stakeholders 

• Provide and receive support and cross-training within the team

Skills & Qualifications


• Experience in digital printing, including finishing and binding operations.

• Ability to manage a self-sufficient digital print operation, in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision

• Intermediate to advanced PC skills with a high degree of computer literacy, including working with MS Office suite/PDF files.    

• Any experience delivering Mail and Couriers services and/or using Records Management Systems will be highly regarded – but training is provided

• Good communication skills coupled with experience in professional customer focused service delivery environment.
