The building services market feels upside down right now.

Some are flat out but with limited scope. Others have the platform but not the pipeline.

This role has both.

An Associate Electrical Engineer seat that's about delivery and client leadership, not BD targets.

Yes, the pipeline of data centre projects is already there (and if you've worked in that space, you'll slot straight in). But if your strength is in another sector such as healthcare, precincts, or complex assets, that experience is valued here too.

Sydney is in a bit of a build phase, which means this role is as much about being the go-to Electrical Lead on projects as it is about helping shape the local team.

It's a chance to step up into something with real responsibility, backed by a consultancy that has:

What they'll be looking for:

  • Significant electrical building services consultancy experience (data centres preferred, healthcare a strong second)
  • Proven ability to lead delivery on major projects, running client meetings, taking briefs, and guiding design teams
  • Client facing confidence, trusted to represent the business in the room
  • Chartered or on track (NER, Registered Practitioner, etc.)
  • Someone either established at Associate level, or an "up and comer" who is technically strong and ready to step up with guidance
