We are also looking to expand our VCE programs with expert tutors who can give us a long-term commitment. We are not interested in short-term applicants who are seeking quick pay; we want educators who are serious about growing with us. As your classes expand, you will be rewarded on a clear and generous tiered pay structure based on the number of students in your classes. For committed tutors, this structure can deliver outstanding financial rewards, with earnings that can even exceed $150 per hour.

The Role

We understand that achieving academic success can be challenging, and students often feel overwhelmed with homework, tests, and school expectations. As a Tutor at Coaching Guru, you will guide them through these challenges, helping them to excel academically while also developing their confidence and love for learning.

Equipped with comprehensive training, you'll work closely with students in small group settings to provide tailored tutoring support. You'll also have the chance to contribute to a supportive and professional team environment. This role is ideal for individuals with strong academic backgrounds, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive and engaging tutoring sessions tailored to students' needs
• Support students with homework, test preparation, and skill development
• Develop and implement personalised learning strategies for individual students
• Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages learning and growth
• Track and report on student progress, offering feedback to both students and parents

Requirements

• Achieved a minimum ATAR of 90+. This is a critical requirement, and you will be asked to provide an academic transcript during the hiring process
• If you would like to apply as a VCE tutor then we have a requirement of 95+ ATAR with a competetive study score in your subject.
• Strong expertise in English, Mathematics, or General Ability for primary and secondary levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience will be strongly favoured

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $100.00 per hour

• What days and times are you available? Please factor in your Uni timetable if applicable. We require tutors from 4:30-8:30pm on weekdays and 10-3pm on Weekends.
