As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team in two key roles.

Role 1: Tutors

We are seeking professional, high-achieving individuals to join Coaching Guru as Tutors. Whether you are a university student or a qualified teacher, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' academic journeys while also developing your own skills.

At Coaching Guru, tutoring is not just another casual job — it is a commitment to delivering exceptional academic support. Tutors play a critical role in guiding students through challenges, empowering them to achieve their full potential, and building their confidence in English, Mathematics, and General Ability.

We are also expanding our VCE programs and looking for expert tutors who can give a long-term commitment. We are not interested in short-term applicants seeking quick pay; instead, we want educators who are serious about growing with us. Our tiered pay structure means that as your classes expand, so too do your rewards. For dedicated tutors, earnings can exceed $100 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive and engaging tutoring sessions tailored to students' needs
• Support students with homework, test preparation, and skill development
• Develop and implement personalised learning strategies
• Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages growth
• Track and report student progress, providing feedback to students and parents

Requirements

• Minimum ATAR of 90+ (academic transcript required)
• For VCE tutors: 95+ ATAR with strong study scores in your subject area
• Strong expertise in English, Mathematics, or General Ability (primary and secondary levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is highly valued

Role 2: English & Maths Content Creators Contribute to Our Growing Resources

Alongside tutoring, Coaching Guru is constantly developing and refining our academic materials to ensure students have access to the highest-quality resources. We are seeking talented individuals to join us as Content Creators in English and Mathematics.

This role is ideal for people with strong subject knowledge, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for creating engaging and challenging resources that support student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop practice exams, worksheets, and lesson resources for English and Mathematics
• Update and improve existing content to align with curriculum standards and student needs
• Collaborate with tutors to ensure resources support classroom delivery
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and accessibility in all materials

Requirements

• Strong academic record in English and/or Mathematics
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
• Creativity in designing engaging and challenging resources
• Commitment to producing high-quality work that reflects Coaching Guru's standards
• Previous experience in education, tutoring, or content creation is highly regarded

Pay: $25.00 – $100.00 per hour
