About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
  • Generate purchase orders and client invoices
  • Pack and dispatch goods for delivery
  • Oversee stock control and maintain warehouse organisation
  • Deliver parts to tradespeople and collect items as needed
  • Monitor supplier back orders and keep clients updated
  • Provide general operational support across departments

What You'll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Confidence with computers and willingness to learn new systems
  • Physical capability for manual handling (up to 20kg)
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Manual driver's licence and forklift ticket
  • Experience in electrical, mechanical, wholesale, or agriculture (preferred)
