About Us

We are a fast-growing fragrance retailer bringing the best of Dubai and Middle Eastern perfumes to Australia. With over 200 viral and exclusive perfumes, our goal is to provide customers with luxury-quality fragrances at affordable prices.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at our Perth store. You will be the face of the brand, assisting customers in finding their perfect scent, driving sales, and ensuring a high-quality in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with fragrance recommendations

  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance

  • Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately

  • Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and product displays

  • Stay updated on fragrance trends and product knowledge

Skills & Requirements

  • Previous retail or sales experience (perfume/cosmetics preferred but not essential)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for fragrances and customer service

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays (as required)
