Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Victorian Pride Centre, St Kilda
Amplify Our Impact Through Clear, Inclusive, and Engaging Communications
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team and support the development and delivery of high-quality internal and external communications. This role plays a critical part in shaping how BHN shares its stories, promotes services, and connects with clients, carers, employees, volunteers, and our wider community.

What You Will Experience in Return
We offer a collaborative, purpose-driven environment where your voice will be heard and your creativity valued. In this role, you will enjoy:
A dynamic role with variety – from campaign creation to internal communication and everything in between.
A supportive team culture where learning, innovation, and professional growth are encouraged.
The chance to lead and contribute to impactful communications that promote health, wellbeing, and community connection.
A role where your work has real impact – shaping the way people see, understand, and engage with community health services.
