Enmach is a proudly Australian, family-owned business with over 30 years of experience in the design and manufacture of high-quality, engineered poly-moulded silos and water tanks. Based in Bundaberg, we proudly supply customers across Australia and are currently seeking motivated and reliable factory staff to join our team.

We are hiring across a broad range of roles, from skilled to unskilled positions. This is a great opportunity to utilise experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, fabrication, or general labouring.


The Ideal Candidate Will Possess Some or All of the Following:
  • Experience and certification in poly welding, including extrusion, butt, and electrofusion welding (not essential but highly regarded)
  • A current Forklift Licence (LF) (desirable but not required)
  • Own vehicle and current driver's licence
  • Physically fit and capable of meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment
  • A trade qualification or prior fabrication experience
  • Competency with power tools, such as drills, circular saws, jigsaws, grinders, and planers

Specific Role Opportunities:
Large Item Fit-Out & Fabrication Team Member
  • Modify core products to meet customer specifications using poly fabrication techniques
  • Follow professionally engineered drawings with a high level of accuracy
  • Base rate: $31.70 p/hr (negotiable based on pre-possessed skills and training)

Night Shift Oven Operator
  • Work independently overnight, loading and unloading large rotational moulds and parts
  • Base rate: $32.52 p/hr + 20% night shift allowance + penalty rates

Oven Operator (Day Shift)
  • Operate rotational moulding ovens, loading and unloading moulds and products
  • Base rate: $32.52 p/hr + penalty rates

General Assembly Team Member
  • Assist with product assembly, finishing, and preparation for dispatch
  • Base rate: $31.70 p/hr + penalty rates
