We are seeking an exceptional Multi-lingual Growth Specialist to oversee and execute the rollout of our international growth plan. This is a critical, short-term contract role designed for an accelerator expert who can immediately drive user acquisition and market penetration in non-English speaking regions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will leverage your linguistic skills and digital marketing expertise to rapidly scale our presence in the German, Spanish and Korean-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Execution: Lead the immediate implementation of our pre-defined international growth plan across targeted German, Spanish, and Korean markets.
  • Digital Performance Marketing: Develop, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns (e.g., SEM, paid social, display) tailored to local nuances in specified regions.
  • Localisation: Oversee the cultural and linguistic adaptation of marketing materials, website content, and user acquisition funnels to maximise conversion rates.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI for all growth initiatives, providing data-driven insights and adjustments to the CEO.
  • SaaS Growth Best Practices: Apply proven methodologies from SaaS growth and accelerator programs to rapidly achieve acquisition targets.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven International Marketing Record: Extensive experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on international market entry and growth.
  • SaaS Growth Expertise: A track record of success in growth hacking, accelerator programs, or similar roles within a B2C SaaS or digital platform environment.
  • Digital Performance Skills: Expert knowledge of digital acquisition channels, including SEO/ASO, PPC, and social media advertising, with a performance-first mindset.
  • Multi-lingual Proficiency (Mandatory): Fluency in English, German, Spanish, and Korean (written and spoken) is essential. Must be able to craft marketing copy and manage campaigns natively in all four languages.
  • Data-Driven: Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Remote Work: Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment, managing time effectively to meet aggressive targets.
