About the role

As the Multi-Site Practice Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of multiple dental practices. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving the overall success of the dental centres across 4 sites in Victoria and Adelaide

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the operations and performance of multiple dental practices, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  2. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain a motivated and productive team
  3. Implement effective systems and processes to streamline practice management, including patient flow, inventory control, and financial management
  4. Collaborate with the leadership team to execute acquisitions for practice growth and expansion
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols
  6. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  7. Continuously monitor and analyse practice data to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions

What we're looking for

  1. Extensive experience (5+ years) in a multi-site practice management role within the dental industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing the operations and financial performance of multiple dental practices
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with patients, staff, and stakeholders
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
  5. Proficient in the use of dental practice management software and data analysis tools
  6. Thorough understanding of dental industry regulations, compliance, and best practices
  7. Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
