Estimator – Fitout & Refurbishment Projects

South Brisbane | Diverse & Exciting Projects

A respected and growing commercial construction company is seeking an experienced Estimator to support their continued success across a range of fitout and refurbishment projects in South East Queensland.

With projects ranging from $1M to $12M (average ~$5M), this business offers a stable pipeline, supportive leadership, and a values-driven culture that promotes high performance and collaboration.

The Role

You will play a key role in the tendering process, responsible for:

  • Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fitout and refurbishment works
  • Developing tender programs using MS Project
  • Writing concise methodology documents for submissions
  • Engaging subcontractors and suppliers for pricing
  • Participating in tender review meetings and confidently presenting proposals
About You
  • 2+ years experience in estimating within the fitout/refurbishment sector
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Project
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in client-facing settings and internal leadership presentations
  • Preferably based on the south side of Brisbane or nearby
