The role:

As a Practice Lead for Integration & App Dev, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and strategic direction to clients in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions that leverage Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.

With your deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen, you will lead a team of consultants through the successful implementation of complex projects and optimise delivery processes through contribution to the Intellectual Property library.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery – Consult with customers to understand their business goals, requirements, and challenges related to digital transformation.
  • Work with the pre-sales team to evaluate existing systems and scope proposed enhancements or modernisation strategies aligned with the business strategy, budget and roadmap.
  • Team Leadership – Manage and mentor a technical team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of modern applications.
  • Oversee the technical elements of end-to-end project delivery by the most efficient means possible aligned to the implementation methodology.
  • Practice Development and Growth – Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in application development.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and propose strategies to leverage new tools and methodologies for efficient and repeatable delivery.

To achieve success, this role requires the follow competencies and experience:

  • Experience in leading and managing a team of consultants for a Solution Integrator, including performance management and mentoring.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in solution architecture, custom application development, with a focus on Microsoft iPaaS technologies and the Azure cloud.
  • Proven track record in architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven prior experience in Full Stack development using front-end technologies such as Angular and backend development using scalable APIs, microservices and .NET to support data processing and business logic workflows.
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.
