About Your New Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service and handling various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our business.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Entering orders from emails & phone accurately into the data base.
  • Ensure clients have a fantastic customer experience when they visit our on-site showroom.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to answer customer queries.
  • Support with basic invoicing requirements.
  • Provide support to the managing director when needed.

About You:

  • You possess a high level of customer service.
  • You are able to work both autonomously and as a part of the wider team
  • You have the ability to prioritise incoming work.
  • Previous experience in administrative / team support role.
  • Previous experience with Shopify preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience in ecommerce, healthcare or exposure to NDIS is preferred, but not required.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel.
