We pride ourselves on offering custom solutions by accessing the most effective tools and consultants in the industry.

- Complete relevant administrative tasks to ensure smooth workshop delivery, including email, calendar and records management.
- Contribute to Fusion team training and other internal projects and deliverables as required.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 2-5 years' experience (ideal candidate) in learning and development, to demonstrate a knowledge of appropriate learning solutions, navigate the complexity of client needs, and support innovation.

- High attention to detail, to deliver a consistent and quality offering to our clients.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, to bring innovative thinking and a continuous improvement approach to our client delivery offering and your own skills.
- Initiative and accountability, to lead individual and team deliverables in a timely manner.
- Flexibility, to thrive in a hybrid team-based environment where you can adapt to changing internal and client priorities.
